The Workouts At Elite
Strength (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Elite Coaches walk you through your personalized strength program each session. This program is created based on your goals, abilities, and limitations, and our main goal is to increase total body strength. This slower-paced session focuses on proper execution. (Sessions last 60 minutes)
Conditioning (Tue/Thu/Sat)
Elite coaches bring you through a higher-paced strength session designed to increase/decrease your heart rate repeatedly. Even though it is faster than a strength session, it is still personalized on what you can do. (Sessions last 45 minutes)
