Athletic Performance Program
(Year-Round)
Strength. Speed. Real Coaching.
If your athlete wants to get stronger, faster, and more confident on the field or court—this is for them.
We train athletes at all levels—from youth to pro—with a personalized, coached system that works.
Program Includes:
✅ Individualized strength & speed program
✅ Small group coaching (1–4x/week)
✅ Customized based on sport, schedule, & goals
✅ Includes FREE access to Summer Speed Camp
✅ Recovery & nutrition guidance included
Starts with a $59 Performance Assessment:
We evaluate sprint mechanics, strength, mobility, coordination, and more—plus video feedback so you know exactly what your athlete needs to improve.
Schedule:
🕓 Mon–Thurs: 4:00–5:00 PM
💪 Strength Only: Mon & Wed, 6:00–7:00 PM
Monthly Membership Options:
1x/week: $149/month
2x/week: $249/month
3x/week: $329/month
4x/week: $419/month

If enrolled in this program gives you access to the Speed Camp sessions!
Ages: 12 Years old to College
⚡️ Option 2:
Summer Speed Camp
July 7 – August 15 | Mon–Thurs @ 1:00 PM
If your athlete needs to improve speed, sprint mechanics, or explosiveness, this 6-week speed-focused program is a great option.
Pick Your Schedule:
🏃♂️ 1, 2, or 3 days/week
📍 Sessions at 1:00 PM (Mon–Thurs)
📆 6-week program
✅ Make-up sessions available if needed
