How To Get Started

Your Athletic Performance Options

Speed and Strength Training (Monday - Thursday)
4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Our Flagship Performance Program. Covers every base and gives you the best of both worlds. Most of the session consists of strength, jumping, and power development, with speed development at the end of our session. Each session is 60 minutes.

Strength Training (Monday and Wednesdays)
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Our Flagship Performance Program. Our Strength sessions still cover everything in our speed+strength sessions without the sprint work. Great for in-season or busy athletes to get the most out of their training without beating them up. Most of the session consists of strength, jumping, and power development with each session. Each session is 60 minutes.
